Tamara graduated in 1990 from Central Washington University
in Ellensburg, Washington, where she majored in Developmental Psychology. She recieved her Masters
of Arts Degree in Counselling Psychology in 1993 from Antioch University in Seattle, Washington.
Tamara is a Licensed Mental Health Counsellor and a CHild Mental Health Specialist. Tamara has been working with
couples, families and adults for 15 years.
Tamara specializes in CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy),
DBT (Dialectic Behavioral Therapy, SFT (Solution Focused Therapy), as well as Individual, Development and Family Therapy.
Tamara is an educational consultant for families with children receiving special education services.
